SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Personalized and made-to-order items (such as custom prints, mugs, and apparel) may require additional production time before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States and Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

Please note: Shipping rates and delivery times for Canada may vary. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at jerome@tlbusinessolutions.com and we will do our best to find a resolution for you.

Custom & Personalized Items Made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and may ship separately from other items in your order. These items typically ship within 5–10 business days from the order date.
